In this latest edition, it stands as a phenomenal top-tier motorcycle boot. After a week of admiring it on the coffee table, you’ll find yourself easily talking about it for half a day. Here, we’ll focus on the standout results of its most recent facelift.
Detailing the full technical capabilities of the Supertech R would be a never-ending task, even in half a day. Not to mention, it also includes a fully integrated biomechanical ankle brace that’s just as high-quality as the exterior. This internal boot is perfectly aligned with the outer shell, and they must always be used together. Acting as an exoskeleton, the inner boot combines optimal freedom of movement with the highest level of protection. The latest research and developments have been incorporated, resulting in an almost perfect fit, excellent feedback from the motorcycle, and maximum impact protection.

The revamped front, under the shin protector, features injected TPU that stands out. The flexible, ventilated section focuses primarily on allowing airflow, and the mesh underneath fits perfectly into the concept. Above, it’s hard to miss the TPU shin plate, which you’ll need both hands to manage. The shin plate literally wraps around your entire leg like a snail’s shell, ensuring excellent distribution of impact and energy. This “snail shell” fastens at the back with an adjustable, recessed ratchet closure, ensuring a perfect fit.
On the inner side of the leg, an innovative microfibre layer with a textured finish provides grip, feel, and protection against heat. Missteering can no longer be blamed on your footwear. The outer side of each leg is distinguished by long, soft TPU strips that guide the equally long entry zipper under the shin protector. Beyond just looking great, this soft TPU construction also ensures a better (read: tighter) closure.
The rubber sole has been updated for even more grip. The integrated TPU-and-aluminum toe slider looks so good that it’s almost a shame to scrape it against the curbs. Fortunately, the toe sliders can be replaced in an instant with a simple screw.
At the back, you’ll admire the redesigned heel protection that blends into the accordion panels. Notice how these are not boring, not horizontal, and not ‘ordinary’, leading your eye upward to where an artificial leather edge snugly fits around your calf. Going back down, you’ll believe us when we say that the lighter shift reinforcement was specially designed for better feel and feedback from the gear lever. ‘Believe’, because we’re still in the admiration phase on the coffee table.
